Who this policy covers

This policy explains what information Allied Springfield Concrete Construction collects when you use our website, how we use it and what you can do about it. We're a concrete contractor in Springfield, IL, and this site exists so homeowners and property owners can learn about our work and ask us for an estimate.

It applies to our home page and every other page on this site, and to the information you send us through the site. It doesn't cover other websites we link to, which have their own policies.

Information you give us

When you fill out our estimate or contact form, we collect what you type in. That usually means your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the job, such as a driveway, patio or slab you want replaced.

Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you enter passes through that service before it reaches us. If you call us at (217) 210-0810 or email us instead, we keep the details you share so we can follow up on your job.

Please don't send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive details through the form. We don't need them to give you an estimate.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some basic technical information when you visit. This can include your browser and device type, the pages you look at, how long you stay, the site that sent you here and a general location based on your IP address.

We use analytics tools to see which pages people read and where the site could be clearer. These tools look at visits in general, and we don't use them to find out who you are.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores so a website can remember things between visits. Our site and the analytics and form tools it uses may set cookies to keep the site working and to count visits.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work for reading about our services, though some features, such as the contact form, may not work as smoothly.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to you, set up an estimate, plan and schedule the work, and keep a record of the job. We use the technical information to keep the site running and to improve it.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent it or trade it to marketers. We won't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

When we share it

We share information only when we need to. That includes the outside services that run our website, contact form and analytics, which handle the information on our behalf, and suppliers or crew members who need your address and job details to do the work.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or if the business is sold or changes hands, in which case this policy would still apply to what we already hold.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact and job details for as long as we need them to answer your request, finish your project and stand behind the work afterward. We also keep records that tax and business rules require us to hold onto.

When we no longer need the information, we delete it or remove the parts that identify you. Analytics data is kept by the analytics tools under their own schedules.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us and limit who can see it to the people who need it for your job. No website or email system is completely secure, though, so we can't promise that information sent over the internet will never be intercepted.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we're required to keep a record, such as for a job we've already been paid for.

Depending on the state you live in, you may have other privacy rights under state law. If you contact us about any of them, we'll respond within a reasonable time and may ask you to confirm who you are first so we don't hand your details to someone else.

Children's privacy

This site is meant for adults arranging work on their property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or the tools behind it change. The current version will always be on this page, and if you keep using the site after a change, the updated policy applies.

How to raise a privacy concern

If you have a question about this policy or want to make a request about your information, call us at (217) 210-0810 or use the form on our contact page. Our hours are Mon–Fri: 6 AM–10 PM and Sat–Sun: 8 AM–10 PM.
